Although we did have pet stains some old some new the Zerorez rep suggested that we needed a $1,500 service in order to get all of it out and have it guaranteed. I was taken back by this price why in the world would I pay to get my old carpets cleaned for the same price it would take me to buy that same exact carpet installed in almost the whole house. When I told the rep that was too expensive he suggested a $700 service but could not guarantee the work, again when did carpet cleaning become such a major purchase. I do understand that there is time materials involved with a profit margin seems astronomical. And finally when I told the rep both of those prices are not going to sit well with my wife or myself the rep started to quickly clean okay no guarantee, which made me feel uneasy about the service I was about to receive.
First off the service ,,, Amazing always on time & very professional ,,, & the products are amazing very clean & never a smell like cleaning products & drys very well !!

The pricing for additional services are high.
The service techs explained everything up front and they were very Nice. However, you are a bit pricy. $372.00 is quite expensive for four rooms.

You show up on time, it doesn’t take a long time for my carpets to dry. Your techs are respectful. What I didn’t like about this appointment was this tech was trying to get me to add the carpet protection after I had told him I had that done on my first cleaning 6 months ago when you came. I also told him I had only been in my home for a year.

I really like your products. The fact that there is no residue or odor from when you clean the carpets. My carpets look like new even tho they are 14 years old and have never been cleaned professionally. I have recommended you to a few people and they are very satisfied as well.
