Our carpet is very clean and Zerorez did a great job, however, I can’t tell the difference between this company and another aside from the fact that it cost nearly $400 to do the same work that I usually pay $200 for. It’s difficult to justify that kind of money for the possibility that the carpet won’t get as dirty due to not having residue from soap.

The rug looked like it couldn't possibly come clean, but the tech sprayed it and got it much much better. He was able to come a little early and was very friendly and efficient.

The technicians were polite, professional and performed their task without any issue.

The service man was great his name was Carlos he did a great job, he was very professional very polite and knew excally what he was doing. The carpets came out like new we already told other people how we liked the job

Carlos did a great job. He was polite, explained all the options, was efficient & did the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Although the carpet is not new he brought it very close to where it started out. We are very pleased with the service he gave us.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. The result was great. Michael was polite and explained things well. He did a great job.

I had my home 4 rooms cleaned 18 months ago, we had just bought the home and the carpets were very dirty. I paid $300.00 for the works, spot cleaning, heavy duty, and stain resistiant. I was very happy with the results. I saw an add on the internet from your company for $99.00 for 3 rooms plus a $35.00 credit to be used for an area rug or whatever. When the young man got here, he said he could not give me the credit because I did not have a coupon. He cleaned my living room, dining room and around the bed in the master bedroom, would not clean the attached dressing room area as it was considered another room. He could not spot clean or heavy duty clean if I did not pay extra. What he did was wet the carpet, go over it some and left it very wet. I had to get my shop vac to suck up the water and I was able to clean the few spots and the dirty area in front of my two chairs, which he could have done as it was not heavy duty. No! I would not recommend your company, I just wanted my home freshened up before Christmas and took advantage of the $99.00 special, which wasn't a special at all.
