Friendly office staff and knowledgeable technicians. Zach is always friendly and smiling and does a fantastic job. Always explains the process and ways to improve carpet life.

First time a company has ever removed highly soiled areas
Techs called from an Arizona number, therefore I did not answer. So I had no confirmation they were coming. Techs were all over the place with prices. From $500 to $280. Wanted $300 to do a couch. They were here for 45 minutes. Carpets did not seem that clean.
Service was not great. Not happy about the price. Too expensive for the quality of service
The two young men who came to clean my carpeting were outstanding! Professional, efficient, polite, and they did an outstanding job!
I hope that they are valued because I would like to have them return next time. Brian and I wish I could remember both names.

He did a great job for our home. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in 2 yrs and wasn't stained or really dirty looking. But after it dried it looked very clean.
