My carpet was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in years. They got out the majority of the traffic patterns and all of the really dark spots left from kids. I was amazed! Woo hoo!

Bernard did a wonderful job on our old carpets. Dirt that had stained the pathways was removed. The color of the carpet can now be seen. He even offered and did scotchgard to protect the carpet from future stains.

Zero residue. I am highly sensitive to some products and I care about my animals because their paws are on the carpets and then they lick their paws. I have had no problems with zerorez. My carpets look and smell so clean!

I have used Zerorez several times now. They provide excellent customer service and the quality of the cleaning has been the best compared to our previous cleaners.
We have used Zerorez for commercial buildings, residential properties, and even in my own home. Although Zerorez may seem a little more expensive than the competition, it is money well spent. With the previous cleaners we had to get our carpets done 2-3 times a year. With Zerorez, we only need our carpets cleaned once a year.
I recommend Zerorez for your carpet, area rug and tile cleaning needs.

The serviceman was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Pet stains were completely removed and the carpets look like new. No residue after cleaning. 100% satisfied.
We were very impressed with the two gentlemen that came to do our carpets. They worked extra hard to get the master bedroom carpet as clean as possible. My husband is a partial invalid and can't make it to the bathroom so the carpet gets a lot of urine on it. We are leaving the bedroom door open so the whole house can air out while my husband is in rehab after a hospital stay for an UTI and sepsis infections.
They also did my daughters bedroom and it turned out terrific.
We would definitely use you again.

I have had ZeroRez out a few times to clean my carpets now and they always impress me. The service technician is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and nicely dressed. They ask me about the specifics that I would like done and make recommendations as to what service needs done. They put up corner protectors so the hoses don’t damage the baseboards. Would recommend them every time. Thanks!
