The service was great! The technician Bryan was on time, and called before heading over. Your product was great! I liked how it cleaned my carpets. I even had some hard spots to remove, and the technician did whatever he could to remove them. Thank you very much
Upcharged over 150 dollars for one room of pet stain removal. Never again!!! I should have sent them on their way but didn’t feel like waiting for another company to come to house. There was absolutely no difference in outcome on carpet compared to other companies I have used in past. Lesson learned!

Job was done fast and efficiently. The carpet looks brand new. They were able to get all of the staining out. Was very happy with the fact that they called me saying the driver was ahead of schedule and they were able to come early.

Eddie was fantastic, but today I realized that two of my chairs were supposed to be cleaned and were not. I probably should have reminded them, so if you would please make a note to clean them the next time you come I would greatly appreciate that.

Favorite thing about your service is the Empowered Water you use to clean EVERYTHING!!! There’s no residue, no slick feeling on your feet after walking on the carpet after it’s clean...
EXCELLENT! Talon was terrific, we would definitely want him to do our next service. He managed to get out stains we were very concerned about. Old carpets look new.
We were not allowed to use our coupon and felt like we were charged more than we thought. Since we moved all the furniture and the tech had open rooms to work with we just thought we should of been charged less. I think that your company should go over pricing when they arrive so there are no surprises.
The carpet looked so much better after the cleaning services.
My carpet looks really clean and he tried to treat some spots but they were too deep in the carpet. He explain the reason why the stains weren’t coming up and he was very knowledgeable to me on explaining what he will do to my carpet before he started the process. I believe he did a really good job and I would use Zerorez again.
