The person who cleaned my carpets was very professional and he did an incredible job on my carpet. We discussed what he was going to do before he got started and the jobe he did exceeded my expectations. It was a much better job than Stanley Steamer had don on the carpet 2 years ago..

it would be nice if vacumming the rooms first was included in the service, and not ask the customer to do the vacuuming as my vacuum is not as powerful as the commercial vacuum.

I like that there’s no harsh chemicals used and that if you need a touch up they come out free of charge to accommodate the customer.
