Excellent Service! Carpet and Upholstery cleaned to like new!
My biggest concern is left over residue on carpet and or tile surfaces. Your tech did a fantastic job of making our carpet and tile look new again. We don't think it will attract dirt again due to no soapy residue left.
Zerorez is now our go to floor cleaning company.
I did not appreciate the knowledge of the technician regarding my carpet. T would have been one thing if he said he didn’t know or wasn’t familiar with my carpet. The opposite happened, he made sure to tell me he had 20 years experience and his attitude communicated he knew everything. He tried to sell me a stain protector saying my warranty is probably void if I haven’t used it. Incorrect, I’m not supposed to put anything like that on my carpet. He also told me the stain had probably seeped into the padding, wrong, my padding has a plastic lining. Again my issue wasn’t so much that he wasn’t an expert it was the fact that he arrogantly acted as if he knew everything when he in fact did not. That is very frustrating as a customer.

Victor did an excellent job! He explained the procedure and thoroughly described the additional treatment for our almost 3 year old carpet. Not a “hard sell” at all, he simply explained the advantages which convinced us to have him apply the treatment to all rooms. He worked quickly and thoroughly during our “snow storm” yesterday and explained what we should do to help along the drying process. The carpets look beautiful and smell so clean! We will definitely request his services when we call for an appointment in 6 months. We have used your service in the past and always recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The only issue is the carpet in bedroom feels a little crunchy in an area. The carpet is older so I am not concerned. Everything else is perfect. Would appreciate a senior discount however.

I love how clean my carpets are afterwards as well as how fast my carpets dry! The men who come are amazing at what they do and are super friendly! I do have one thing I think could be improved on. My baseboards are really scuffed up, I love the services provided but wanted to let you know so that your cleaners will be more careful in the future in other people’s homes.
