Several people I talked to were surprised that your company expects the customer to do the vacuuming prior to the cleaning. They are older and would like to have someone else do that job.
Efficient, friendly technicians, great customer service, and they tell you about the extras, which are usually resonable, but dont push it hard to be annoying.

I feel as though I was quoted one price on the phone and it completely changed when the technician arrived. I won’t say bait and switch but was not thrilled
Please know that the gentlemen did a great job. Professional and friendly. However, I was quoted $138 for two rooms and 17 stairs. I was told over the phone that prices may vary after they see the actual job. So, they were here less than an hour and I felt like the prices may have gone down. Instead of $138, it jumped up to $167. When I asked, he said it was billed at the special you were running. 4 rooms for $99 plus the stairs. To which he noted that there were only 16 stairs and not 17 like the invoice charged us for. They cleaned one standard room and one “oversized” room. So it was still far less than 4 rooms and one less step. I should have spoken up at the time, but I didn’t, therefore I accept responsibility for paying the invoice. With that said, I would not recommend your company because I feel for less than an hours worth of work you overcharge. I also did not rate you on FB. I do not believe in negative public feedback. As long as you asked, I told you.
Great service. Above and beyond.
I am very happy with the guys that cleaned my carpet. I am not happy with the sealing of my travertine tile. I assumed it would seal the tile, I didn't understand that it just seals the grout & I have called & requested the $60 refund since my travertine tile is still absorbing foot marks. My receipt says Tile Seal, I feel it should say Grout Seal...then I would not have paid for that service.

There is a funky smell in my House after they cleaned my carpet
No disappointment, however I felt like I paid the same amount or less with other companies and the final product looked a little better. It was still decent, but nothing which made you stand out over any other companies.
I was amazed by the service and promptness of things.

David explained each process of the carpet cleaning I was going to receive. He had me check his progress as each step was completed. He gave us booties to wear until the carpet was dry and I've never had a carpet cleaning company do that. I had a very positive experience with Zerorez and will be using them from here on out and plan to recommend them to all of my friends.
Chris, was very polite in explaining every thing about cleaning, carpet and made sure we did not slip, in wet surfaces, would have him again, a very valuable employee.

Expensive. And tile was not completely clean in spots. Technician was friendly but I’ve used other companies that were just ae good. Carpets turned out ok but others did just as well.

Chris Deek and his assistant were exceptionally well kept, prepared and professional! They were very courtesy and gave a solid explanation of service and what I should expect.
I will highly recommend them to friends and colleagues in need of carpet and floor cleaning....in fact I will be calling back soon to request his services in our new house once we get the boxes out of the way!
