Not sopping wet varpets
Great product for floors. Carpets dry quickly, look awesome. Had really dirty time come super clean
They did a good job. However, quote was misleading on that day and the gentleman didn’t show a breakdown and so when I finally saw the invoice, fiber protection was $175 when the guy mentioned he was throwing it in for free. I would probably use ZeroRez again, I just didn’t like that I couldn’t see breakdown prior and felt a little misled.

The service techs were on time and very professional. Carpet was heavily soiled, in some areas, and were thoroughly cleaned. Those areas look good now. Also cleaned kitchen floor tiles. Very nice job.
