It was a pleasure to have your representitives Chris and Steve clean our carpets and leather upholstery last Saturday April 21st. They were prompt, courteous, motivated and went beyond the call to do a great job without a high pressure sales pitch. We have pets and they used a special scrubber at no extra charge to extract the hair. I highly recommend this team.

I have used ZeroRez for years and have always felt like they are the best in the business. However, my most recent experience was a disappointment. The price quote I received was probably the highest ever to clean my tile - not just by any company but even compared to every other cleaning I had done by Zerorez.
Before agreeing to their last quote, I asked the two techs if they would be turning my grout lines back to their original color of white and was assured that yes they would. This did not happen and I could barely tell the difference afterwards. I paid $100 less and Grout Plus was able to get the grout lines back to their original color and even used a roller wheel to help get the job done right.
What really annoyed me this time was that one of your techs thought it was OK to pick up our shoes and put them all over our dining room table as he was clearing our tile before bringing in the buffer machine. Im not sure what he does in his home , but in this house we do not put our dirty shoes where we eat our food. We have an infant and his pacifiers and teething toys go there. Absolutely ridiculous that you don't train your staff better than this.
I never had a problem with Zerorez until now and this is the last time because I will call Grout Plus or Stanley Steamer the next time.

Your man came at 1:30 pm on Friday April 20, 2018 to clean carpet in our Casita. While there, he discussed an additional charge for a small area in the hall of approx 15-20 sq ft of carpet that had remaining moisture from the water spill that occurred the night before. (we had extracted the water and dried the area overnight prior to your company's arrival.)
The hallway area was still damp so he said there would be an additional charge of $297 and it would take him an extra 2-3 hours to dry and clean this area. We were surprised but agreed to the additional charge as we had guests arriving who would be staying in the Casita.
He asked me to sign for the total amount of $404.00 and check the box in advance of starting on the job. Knowing that he was going to be there for a few hours, I left to put gas in my car. In less than thirty minutes he knocked on the door and told my wife he was finished and asked her to look at the finished work.
He said the carpet was still damp and to wait about 3-4 hours before walking on it. She did not know that he had told me it would take at least 2 additional hours to clean and extract the moisture and stain.
When I returned from the gas station, I was surprised to see him gone.
When our guests arrived that evening we were dismayed to find that the carpet was still quite damp in the hallway area and that there was a bad smell. We ended up having to provide alternate accommodations for our guests.
In reviewing the carpet and the bill this morning we see where we were charged extra for "3 areas" We also see where he took shortcuts and didn't clean the entire carpet and that a small stained area is already showing the original stain. The smell has worsened and we have new guests arriving this afternoon. We have called the company and left a message but you are closed. We have used your company for all of our properties over the years and have always been satisfied. I am grateful that your staff have educated me to the best long term care of my carpets and tile. I appreciate that there are no heavy chemicals that can build up in the carpets or harm my cats. I keep coming back for the great customer service and ease of the whole process. Thank you for being a great partner.
Your service personnel are extremely capable, speak English, present an excellent appearance and go about their business with very professional methods. I have been very impressed with my recent service and with previous experiences.

The carpets are clean and the service was great!
I've already called customer service and expressed our disappointment in your service. Our carpet took twelve hours plus to dry. The texture of our carpet is stiff and areas still not really clean. Maybe more training is needed before you send your employees to service a customer.

when techs come to do cleaning they inform us that they cannot guarantee that’s spots will not come back UNLESS u upgrade and that without extra add on of pet stain removal the carpet will smell like urine. then there is the treatment to protect carpets like scotch guard

Outside of the initial offer via promotion price, the additional quote for the rest of my house was to expensive.
