The technician was very good. However, I expected my carpet to be oder free after treatment but they still smell.
That we couldn't setup online payments so that it would have been alot easier when it came down to paying for the job.

Best carpet cleaning I’ve ever used.
One room with the most distance from the vacuum stayed wet for >12hrs, either too much water was used or the vacuum was not strong enough to extract the liquid.
