Zak was very thorough. The tile looks like new, the grout is the original tan instead of black, the house looks bigger. The carpets also look like new — even the matted areas were raised and the texture matches the rest of the room.

My service person, Luis, was A+. He called before he arrived, came to the house within the agreed time, and did a super job. The carpet and my white sofa look great.
I like that there are not chemicals used in the cleaning.
I received a carpet cleaning with an added pet treatment. The carpet still smells like urine. I bought a UV to find where the smell was coming from and it is in areas where the carpet recoeved treatment. Very disappointed. Also, called and asked about the "guaranteed" pet treatment; WAAAY overpriced!

Your staff is very helpful and considerate. You do a great job and I like how there is no left over soap in the carpets that "crackles". If you don't go for all the extra services your prices are reasonable. This is my third time to use your service.
