Our carpets look brand new!! We have 4 animals and you would never know we had any. They are able to remove all the pet stains and the carpet does not smell. The best carpet cleaning service we have ever used ... hands down. The staff is amazing, super friendly, always on time and very professional. I recommend you guys to everyone!! In the carpets I didn't see a lot of change. They were not very dirty in the first place.
The tile was the biggest disappointment. I had to wipe up several areas that were messed up and not much change in the grout.

The service tech was knowledgeable and offered advice on keeping carpets clean.
I was over booked. I was told from 10 to 1pm and technician showed up at 1.30 pm. Well, he left at 3.30pm and I lost a day at work. I'm self employed so If I don't work I do not get paid.if you wanted to provide service from 1 to 4 pm I would have been ok with it. So I want you to reimburse me for service. I paid you over $200 and you are the only one that made money that day. Also, there were 2 rooms not done for lack of time.
