Steven was a really knowledgeable technician. He was very professional and extremely pleasant. He fully explained everything he was doing and explained all the procedures to us. We really enjoyed having Steven as our technician.
No chemical smell. The process was fast. The carpet and tile was so clean my teenagers were impressed.
No harsh chemicals are used, the carpets look great and the employees are always very friendly and courteous.

First of all I want to apologize for taking so long to respond. Chris. B. was so nice most of the stain came out but there was a lingering small odor I've been spraying it with pet febreze and that seems to help. I've been using zerorez for years even when I had my tri level house and I have always been very happy with and recommend them all the time. thanks again Chris.

We are very happy with the tile. We are not so happy with the grout. At the time I scheduled the appointment I think someone should asked about whether we had color seal on the grout. If someone had brought that up, I would have been told that you do not do color seals. Since no one addressed that, we did not realize color seal was going to be an issue. Next time we have the tile cleaned, we will find a company who does color seals.
Did a great job of cleaning carpets. Charge more than most companies. Promotions help to bring down the cost. But....Zerorez makes it difficult to get special promotions. Whether it is free tile cleaning or free gas card. Today, in an attempt to get the “free” gas card, customer service hung up on me. Guess I have been cheated again. Previously, when my carpet was damaged by Zerorez employee owner set up and cancelled three appointments.

I am truly impressed by the Zerorez product! They removed all the pet stains and smells that were soaked into my carpet and made the carpet look new again! They technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and trustworthily. My only issue was I had to wait a couple hours for them to arrive at my residence when I was told they were already on their way and would be there in 15 minutes. I will be using your services again and recommending to family and friends.
Great client representatives. Very knowledgeable about products and services and helpful. Carpet is not crunchy or smelly after cleaning like other carpet cleaners.
