My carpet is not clean it all, it looks awful.
My tile has sticky stuff all over it from the cleaning. the technician was very sweet but told me that I just needed to mop it after he left. I just paid $500 for it to be cleaned, now i have to mop it, absolutely not!
I felt like it was a used car sales man transaction. Once in my house, I was nickel-and-dimed, it felt like a scam. I scheduled a carpet and tile cleaning you would think that it automatically comes with water and the solution nnecessary to properly clean it. I was quoted $107 then $500 later and my carpets look awful. Very disappointed

I have two concerns. The first is the pricing. The technician said the price would be higher if I wanted a deep cleaning. Shouldn’t a deep cleaning be the standard?
My second concern was two days after, my front yard grass had burn marks from the hose and chemicals.

Chris and Leslie were very friendly and knowledgeable with how to care for our carpet and maintaining it. The price was reasonable and they worked very fast and efficiently. Most of all, the carpets came out clean and smelling fresh and dried within a few hours.
