my initial evaluation was based on my frustration with the response I got from the office when I called to report the problem I was having the day after having my carpets cleaned. I felt like someone should stop over and see what I was talking about. I was told by the lady that there was no one available that Tuesday and that the best she could offer me was a Wednesday appointment with a three hour window. My understanding is that my evaluation only went against the carpet cleaners themselves, who truly had not done anything wrong. the carpets looked great when they left but only as they dried did the stains appear.
The cleaner that returned told me that I should have called him, which I had tried twice on the phone number he had called me from to say he was on his way the first day. The problem, two fold, he did not pick up and his voice mail box was full so I was unable to reach him. Had he answered and stopped by to see the problem I was having, I would not have overreacted and given a poor review.
I do believe that your office staff should have at least called the guy in the field and given him the option of checking in with me, instead I was dismissed and told I had to wait.
my problem truly was with the way the office handled my call and NOT with the way the guy cleaned my carpets

I was very impressed! The two young men did an excellent job. Made my 15 year old carpet look close to brand new again. The pet odors, gone! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone!!
Nice people. The lady was a badass and caught a scorpion that ventured out as a result of the cleaning. I caught a second one later that day. So, if the carpet business doesn’t work out, Scorpion Hunters could be a good alternative. Lol! Thanks.
