Really good representative who did a very nice job
I liked the suggestions the tech made and how he resolved my issues but I didn't feel like he was trying to insist on things I didn't need or want. I like the no soap in the carpet and also my issues were resolved.
Carlos and Jonathan were wonderful. They were very thorough. They explained everything they would be doing and made recommendations for additional and future services. They cleaned up everything and the carpets look and feel great.
Barnes and Jake did a fantastic job
Your representative, Mike, was very efficient. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpet care. We did not feel he was pushy in recommending additional services for the carpet.
Luis did a great job, my carpet looks better tan I thought it could.
5/23/18 I had my upstairs carpeting and stairs cleaned and was amazed at the results. It not only looked clean but smelled good as well. The technician, Victor did a very good job, and next year I will ask for him again. I requested their best guy, and was pleased who was sent to do the job.

Carpet didn’t look nearly as good as it had in the past, maybe a new carpet cleaner? Looks like they wanted too many upgrades when the first time around my bill was $300. Yes, I have pet urine but I also have stain master carpet and I had all of the upgrades done the first time. The guy didn’t even do my closet which is 2x2 (my house is really small) where the other guys had absolutely no problem doing it. My carpet was crunchy even though the advertisements say zerorez will not leave your carpets crunchy.
I Will most likely go with another company the next time around but that’s not saying I will never use zerorez again, one bad experience does not define the company.
I would have liked a breakdown on my charges before I said ok. I was charged 275 for my motorhome and I would have questioned the amount.

I had my carpets cleaned by Calvin and I was so displeased and highly dissatisfied! There were streaks throughout the rooms that weren't there before. I called Angela and she sent Michael J. out to redo my carpets and I couldn't be more pleased!!! The carpets looked so good. Mike did awesome and he's a gem for your company! I rated the company a 7 due to having to get my carpets redone and no one took the time to FOLLOW UP with me. That goes a long way doing follow ups!

The sercice does an amazing job of cleaning even the heavy traffic areas. The lack of soap residue means my carpets stay cleaner longer afterwards. Your service personnel are friendly and helpful.

Not add fees upon arrival, especially since: 1) we have had carpet cleaning service through your company at this home, 2) our carpet is very clean and we are only following carpet warranty instructions to have carpet cleaned every 18 months (we are a "no shoes nor pets" home; your carpet cleaner also commented on the clean carpet multiple times).
The technician is well versed, very professional and hard working.
