As Real Estate Brokers here in town, we need to make sure we have excellent tradespeople in our network. We have used Las Vegas ZeroRez no less than a Dozen times in the last few years, including our personal residence. They are professional, timely, polite, and do an amazing job!
The results
Michael was amazing... very friendly and professional.
I had one rug that had pet stains so I had it deep cleaned. I think that was a waste of time and money so would have appreciated knowing that up front.
The other rooms came out nice. One small area rug had ripples in it. I hope it flattens out and is not ruined.
I like the Zero Rez cleaning process. I have used this service previously and Juan and his associate were thorough, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job.
I made an appointment for Friday, June 1, 2018. This time Victor cleaned the carpets in a property I purchased. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, went the extra mile to thoroughly clean the carpets in this property which needed much attention. Victor took the time to explain what he did and why. I highly recommend Victor and Zero Rez for anyone looking to receive excellent customer service.

Charged me $350 for 1 closet and 2 small spots on 2 rugs. They worked for less than an hour. $350 plus $50 tip. Then gave me an estimate for $5,600 to clean and seal 832 square feet of marble floor. $7 a foot is criminal. I was born here and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to never use Zerorez.

To start, a very friendly and professional employee came to the house. The quality of cleaning on my disgusting tile floors was amazing. Clean looks good and they cleaned my couch and tile floor beautifully.
I had my tile and grout cleaned and sealed on Friday, June 1. The floors look great and the technicians were nice. The price was double what I was told in April when I had the carpets cleaned. The very high price was after a large “discount.” I have not been disappointed with the quality of the service, but this extremely high price was a deal breaker. I have had zerorez our 4times to my new home, but probably not again because of this.

I would have scored a 10 because I love the results what I don't like is the bait and switch affect giving me one quote and come to my house and give me a much higher quote

I was completely satisfied with my first experience with Zerorez and would recommend them to friends and family. They were on time and the gentlemen who came to my home was professional and courteous and took great care not to damage my new tile floor or the wood banisters. My carpets are clean without the harsh smell of chemicals.
