how clean my carpets look. I paid extra to have the spots removed and my carpet looked brand new. my only thing is i'm noticing a few of them resurface. I'm not sure if it cause of the carpet being older or what. Zak the tech that came out was amazing and professional. that my aunt wants to use him when she gets her's done.

They are clean and do the job
When David got done with cleaning my carpet, you couldn't tell it was the same one. It was so clean. The carpet is very old, but we can't afford to replace it right now and there were so many stains, but now it looks years younger and the stains that wouldn't come out no matter what David did are still way better then before he came into the house. Thank you David and Zeroez. You will be the first ones I call in the future.
Technician was great & appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment. The carpet just didn't seem that different looking after the cleaning. Maybe I needed to buy an upgrade to the rotary brush cleaning to get what I was expecting. Previous company I used included that as part of the cleaning. Unfortunately he retired.

Pricing was an issue for me. The technician that cleaned my carpet was very polite however, once he went over my options and showed me the additional add-ons that I could do the price started going up rather fast from the $107 that I was quoted over the phone. Most people want their carpet(s) treated and protected once it has been cleaned but once you start adding those items on it's just too expensive. By the time the technician was done with his quote I was looking at ~$250. That's a Big difference from $107!
We had several carpet cleaning companies and none left my carpet as clean as yours. Thank You!
