I had my cough cleaned for the first time after 4 years and 3 kids. The couch was incredibly clean after the service, no soapy residue. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the products.

I had carpets and tile floors cleaned in my home I recently purchased. The results were outstanding. There were 2 pet stains that were removed and so much cat hair I did not realize was on the rug. The tile floors look great. Will and Ernesto moved the appliances to clean behind them so the house is very clean. Thank you , I will be a repeat customer.

Very friendly technician! He was able to help with any and all questions we had. Quick service. We are very happy with our results. Technician went above and beyond when seeing our carpets in person! We have two cats, and he made sure our carpets were rid of hair. He was very knowledgeable about other Zerorez services, and we will be setting up a time to get our ducts cleaned.
We had our carpets deep cleaned, and stains that I thought would never come out were gone. Very impressed. The technician that came out to clean carpets was very professional and had great customer service.
I was given a price on the phone which I was told was at the top end, and I was told when the guys show up they would work out the details and give me a better price. I did approve the extra work they did but when given the final bill with the break down of charges some of the charges went up over the price quoted on the phone which I thought was strange. I gave a fairly accurate description of what was here for rooms and hallways. increasing the price seems odd for certain things.

The service was great. Chris and Steve came to our house and were very polite and respectful. They answered all our questions and concerns. The job was done quickly and the results were great. They explained why we needed the treatment of the carpets to keep them from staining and the cost was reasonable. I will call them again in the future
We have a dog and white carpet, (what were we thinking??) but Zerorez always manages to make it look like new again!! Yay!!
Cleaned the area's very well and the reps were kind and professional.
There was no lasting chemical smells and I'm hopeful the areas remain clean longer than the last cleaning we had.
The prior cleaning was not with zerorez and the dirt seemed to be attracted to the left over residue.
My follow up service from Rodger was better then expected-carpet looks brand new! I will be requesting him going forward!

Much prefer the no detergent residue approach. Zerorez has done the most effective job of removing stains and odors that cats leave and have done so since we've been in the house.
Our carpet was a serious challenge. Your technician provided us with lots of information, explaining everything he was doing. Very polite.
