Sanitize and kills the bacteria
First of all they were at my house at a reasonable time. The two representatives, Chris Deak and Reggie, were very efficient, courteous, helpful and professional. They explained everything, worked very hard and did a more than thorough job.
I was very satisfied with the results of the cleaning. The carpet dried in a reasonable time, and is very soft and feels clean. With other companies...it was 'crunchy'. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

The products used are excellent. There is no spots left on the carpet and the carpet dried much faster than other companies I have used in the past. The gentleman who came was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in explaining the terminology.

The carpet cleaning technician (David) was great. He did a great job, and it was super quick and easy! This was also a great price. I have a business idea for you...something I would like to recommend: I think you could profit greatly from an annual service membership, something that allows 2, 3 or 4 cleanings per year for a monthly fee of $10, $15 or $20 dollars. That would give you 2 things that you don't have now: 1) a predictable monthly revenue stream - ie, subscription service, and 2) it would allow you to get to know your customers better with regular contact and you can offer other types of carpet or other cleaning services, discount packages, upsells, etc. If you like this idea, please contact me: Phone number removed. The carpet is clean, but for the price I paid to have it cleaned was way above my normal carpet cleaning company I was using before I decided to you use Zerorez. Not much of a difference you both made the carpet clean.
Love everything about this company. I use them 2 to 3 times a year. Always walk away pleased. However it is the quality care one gets too from the technician.

The carpet is cleaner than the day I moved in
Based on many of the reviews, I expected a bit better cleaning in a couple of areas where obvious surface dirt is still visible. Nothing wrong with the tech (Chris Barnes), just a bit less satisfied with a couple of areas. Chris advised that Zerorez uses "pretty strong chemicals" and I figured the areas of concern would not be a problem, if that was the case.
Let me just say this exceeded my expectations. The quality and service was outstanding!

The technician was extremely polite. Very informative. Called prior to his arrival, arrived within the time frame, explained the various options available for our carpet. Worked in a quick, yet very effective manner. He was very cautious not to damage any corners, door frames, etc. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the job he did - our carpets looked really good and they hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years, so we weren't expecting too much!
