The man who came this time seemed to be in a hurry! When he came outside to tell me he was done, I was immediately skeptical. Sure enough, stains and traffic patterns were still there. The last time I had Zerorez, my carpet looked like new. They removed stains that had been in there for years!!! So when this man said "It's old carpet. That's the best it will look", I picked up my phone to call Zerorez , and told him I was extremely disappointed, he said, "Let me go over it again", and the carpet looks great! Don't want the man to lose his job, but he needs to learn to do the best he can!

From my first contact inquiring about your service to the end I felt this was a company I would want to use over and over. The technician came on time within the window, he was thorough in explaining what he would do. He was friendly, did the job at properly as it was needed. Not rushed, the carpet looked great and took care of my concerns. I will defenetly use them again and would recommend them to all my friends.

I am not sure about the service. It seems the treatment made the carpet hard instead of soft looking. It’s lkke putting styling cream in your hair. It holds the carpet stiff and as you walk on it, it presses the carpet down like it’s patted down..
