I am very disappointed to report that I believe the Zerorez rep (Jake) took items that were not his from the home in which he did the carpet clng. There were 2 very expensive bottles of wine that were missing after he left the property. Please have a upper management representative contact me ASAP.

Everything came out great!! My carpet looks brand new and all the stains were removed. The tile looks great as well! I'm looking forward to getting more of my tile cleaned.

The rooms were cleaned, smelled fresh, not a heavy fragrance lingered and I was ecstatic as I had tried to clean them myself assuming they would never make it back to "near normal". Zerorez showed me my "new normal" was indeed possible.
Mike arrived promptly and was extremely accommodating given the state of our newly rented townhouse. We just moved to the area and our home was not move-in ready when we arrived.

very good result - my carpets and chairs look great. However - the cost of the service was surprisingly more expensive than i thought and that was disappointing.. I can get a new carpeting after 2 cleaning service.
I did not realize and still do not realize what is included in the advertised price of $99./3 rooms - is that just for estimate without any cleaning included?

There was no residual irritation nauseous perfumy smells - just natural orange which dissipated in this heat. like it
p.s a pre-arrival call or text would help for future timing purposes as I do not live at the cleaning location. Fortunately I was there in anticipation (1-4pm is a long window of time to plan around).

Stairs, stairs, stairs. There is no way each stair should cost 3 or 4 dollars each. It took 20 seconds to clean each stair. Pure gouging.
The service man was early - introduced himself before he came in. He was very thorough - explained the process. I was impressed with the tine it took and my carpets looked great when he was finished. I will use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned and will recommend your company to friends.
