The service was excellent. The problem is the pricing. WHEN... I am on a fixed income, meaning Social Security, I will never be able to afford this again. Sad, as the service and results are awesome. I know it's nearly impossible, but a senior discount/veteran discount... payment plans for them, something, would be nice. Maybe you already have payment plans, I didn't need it this time...but others may.

Dave was extremely professional and did a great job on my sectional and carpets. However, Some of my carpet areas did not come as clean as they have when I have had Southwest Chem Dry clean them. I am perplexed as to why that is the case. I love the fact that there is very little residue left behind, but am a tad frustrated why certain areas did not come as clean as I had hoped. I get my carpets cleaned every 6 months and thought I would try Zerorez as I learned about your company on the radio. The gentleman from Southwest Chem Dry had left the company so I thought I would give you a try. Just wish I had a better result.

I have never been disappointed with the expert, professional and courteous service from your company and each of the carpet techs that have come to my home. Last Spring I was almost -- and I stress almost -- taken by another company trying to pass themselves off as "Zerorez". I knew within 5 minutes that they were not in any way, shape or form, affiliated with you and I immediately told the "cleaner" to leave my property after giving the person on the phone a piece of my mind. They had the audacity to say I had to pay for the cancellation .... really???? I only regret that I did not save the picture I took of the back of the van clearly showing the license plate.
Victor was the carpet tech yesterday and I tell you what . . . he's a gem! Color me a very satisfied and continued customer of Zerorez!

The 2 technicians that serviced my office were amazing. Professional, courteous and very I formative. The floors look great.
I felt the prices once on site were a bit excessive. 2 8' x 10' rugs / one no pile were about $80 each - more than 3 rooms of carpeting. The couch price was ridiculous, but really felt I should clean due to dust in the area.
