The staff was professional and courteous and the carpets looked amazing afterwards.
Customer Service, on time, thorough work, and professionalism from the time I set up the appointment to when the serviceman left.
The technician was very respectful.
Just because customer is not watching does not mean service provider does not do at least good if not great at their job. Carpet is not cleaned wall-to-wall (even corners). Some scuff marks were discovered in one of the rooms most likely from pulling the hoses.

After the cleaning by Zerorez, my carpet looks fabulous! And Casey was neat, clean and extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and I would request Casey again.

Easy to schedule, they work fast, doesn't break the bank, and did I mention my carpets always look amazing! They got the toughest stains out and my carpets looking like new. I had them use the added pet cleaner and it worked wonder for getting smells out. Will continue to use and recommend zerorez!

The team of Chris Barnes and Robert Lamar are wonderful. Prompt, professional, polite and efficient. They assessed my carpets and tile and gave me options for cleaning and care. Although I ended up spending 3 times what I was expecting I believe I received 10 times the results! My husband was very happy to come home and smell dinner, not dog/cat urine. A week later and everything still looks and smells wonderful. And those guys even moved furniture and returned it to its place. Chris and Robert were friendly and funny and NONSTOP workers. I will recommend them to everyone I know. A big thank you to them from our pets for getting them out of trouble. Kate Haxton

Such a high priced quote and ‘willing to work with you ‘. I’m not a fan of that business model.
I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived early, but called to give me ample notice he was running ahead of schedule. Stephen was the most polite service provider I have ever encountered. He also offered valuable recommendations to care for my carpet between visits. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and dries quickly. My carpets look great and my house was put back together much quicker than after having my carpets cleaned by another well known company. I plan to use Zerorez again and would recommend them.
Was charged $40 more than i was charged last time (We had the exact thing done last year)
I was expecting to pay $97, and instead was charged $140.

You advertise 3 rooms for $99 and that is true as far as it goes but then we find out the results may not be satisfactory if the use of a scrubber is not used. That’s another $100. Then to keep from having to do it again soon a protective coating should be applied and that’s another $100. So the $99 get your foot in door but in the end it’s costing us $297.97. My gut is telling me it’s an awful lot like bait and switch. The pitch for the scrub and coating should be done when the appointment is made so the customer can give it some thought instead of feeling like we’re being hustled. I would not recommend you to a friend so they don’t feel like I did.
You get the carpets very clean without the carpet being left stiff afterwards
