I was surprised at the cost of the "other" charges that I would incur if I wanted to get my carpet in the best shape. Don't know why I was charged $20 to do my master closet since the room and the closet are under 200 sq ft. I will use them again but will not do any of the add on charges next time. Anxious to see how well the carpet will be cleaned without doing all the other options.

The carpet was very wet and did not clean up very well. I have used you in the past and recommended you to family members. I have always been pleased with your work but this time I wiped the wet spots with a towel and it was black. In the past I was not charged any extra for the 3 rooms to be cleaned but this time he informed me the great room was too large and it would be an extra $20.00. I decided I was not willing to pay the extra so I cancelled one of the rooms and he cleaned only a bedroom and the great room. I moved some of the furniture to make it easier to clean. The heavier pieces were usually moved by your tech and plastic pieces were put under the legs after they moved them back. This time the reclining chair was not moved and the tech only cleaned around it. There were a couple of kitchen chairs moved on to the carpet in order to clean the kitchen tile. He did not move them back into the kitchen after it was cleaned and did not clean the carpet under them. I was surprised at the difference in your service this time. The fellow who cleaned was very nice and polite I had no issue with him. I was just not satisfied with the process this time.

I’ve used zerorez many, MANY times in the past and have always had great things to say to anyone that asks for a carpet cleaning company. If the techs that showed up to my house yesterday had shown up the first time, I’d have never used them again.
First, the price he gave me was extremely high compared to what I’ve paid with you guys in the past. When I asked why he got impatient and “huffy” with me about discounts and how he shouldn’t give me any but he will. After that when examining my carpets, he spoke about them with a tone of disgust in his voice. I have dogs and live on a farm, they get dirty and hence me calling your company, be respectful because I’m the customer and the customer is why you get a paycheck.
Moving on from there my experience got worse. I sat with my 3 year old in her room and while they cleaned my bedroom all they did was complain about their jobs, they’re not happy by the way. Then one tech said something about the machine not working right and there being no suction. No one left to go check on anything, they just continued. They finished with drilling me on if I ever had lingering smell and said I for sure would this time because that’s what happens. First the caroet in my living room was new and the accidents our puppy had had have been cleaned with a machine immediately, second I felt he was covering for whatever was wrong with the machine. Sure enough, my house smells today. The level of professionalism was HIGHLY lacking from what I’ve experienced with your company before and honestly the job done did not meet my expectations. I said it did so that they’d just leave. I was asked to leave a 10 on this survey by your lead tech but the 5 I gave you is even a stretch. If not for my past positive experiences, it would have been a 1 or 2. I’ve debated on even even saying something but being a business owner myself, I figured it was only fair to let y’all know that your techs clearly need further training or a job change. I will be debating on using Zerorez again in the future and looking into alternatives.

Personnel on the job are friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained which is reflected in the finished product.
Corners are protected from damage from the hoses - much appreciated.

Zach and Josh cleaned our carpet, tile, and one couch on Tuesday. Zach has been here a few times before and is a great guy- he knows his stuff and is a very hard worker, His helper was eager to learn the business and was very polite. They both worked non stop but had time for questions and a little chit chat. Everything came out great. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Carpet came out fresh and clean, very satisfied!
