I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning, and Steven, the young man who did the job. He was efficient,professional and very courteous. While he offered optional services, there was no high pressure sales, which is a complete negative for me. I am very likely to use ZeroRez in the future. And, true to the ads, the carpet did feel fluffier and softer!

Several years ago I was promised a $99 carpet cleaning. When the technician showed up he told me it would be additional money if they want it to yourself and really clean the carpets. I had all my furniture in the driveway and I ended up paying $270. Out of curiosity I called Zero-rez to see what it would’ve been with them. They legit have a $99 special. I have used them ever cents. My carpet stays cleaner longer because of the lack of residue. Their technicians are awesome. Carlos was great.
