Pet friendly
Great customer service. Carpets and tiles look good. We are first time customers and had a great experience.
I feel that the tech was super friendly and nice, which is very important when getting a service done in your home. He had the service done quickly but in no rush he made sure to go over everything with me. Then he had me check everything else and made sure I was happy before leaving. I noticed a significant difference in with this service than with the other carpet cleaners I’ve had in the past. All stains gone and no residue (carpet nice and soft). Very happy customer. I do wish that I had like a regular service, monthly or bi-monthly option at a discounted price.
Rich did an excellent job! He was very amicable and our tiles and carpet look great.
Our carpet looks wonderful and our home doesn't have the mildewy and/or chemically smell. Our technician, Zack, was awesome - very friendly and personable. He's a magician that made our 9yr old carpet look like new!

The people (Chris and Jeff) were fine and performed professional work. They were on time and communicated well, but I must not have understood that the service we were getting would not have gotten up the stains that I thought they would. As a result, I was disappointed that these stains were still visible, and that a pet urine odor still lingered in some places, even after we paid an extra $140 than I was originally expecting for the Zerorez service. I originally put a “4” for my satisfaction in the final outcome of the product, not on the professionalism of the workers. In addition, I did not at any time press the “Submit” button, as I wanted to wait to see what was done after calling for a reservice, so I was surprised to hear that my service team had been informed of this score. Please know that the team themselves were good, worthy of a score of at least an 8. It is the initial process, cost and results that have ultimately left something to be desired.
*Note: The deodorizing treatment that was applied a few hours ago has so far taken care of the odor issue I previously mentioned. :-)
I was told during my initial phone call last week that because I was not satisfied with the stains that still lingered, that the stained areas were going to be redone at a deeper level at no cost. When the team came back out, they stated that they would not be able to complete a “Level 2” service unless we paid more money. I feel disappointed and a little misled. If this is company policy, that’s fine, but please be sure that this is clearly communicated with all parties involved.

I paid for the extra spot removal and there are two spots where there weren’t any before on my carpet that is literally 4 months old. I emailed zero Rez bc it says there’s a guarantee bc I have the first option I paid extra for and still no one has responded. I want someone to come back out and take care of that. ASAP.

The technician, Rich, was great! Very nice and friendly and explained everything he was going to be doing and what he thought each area needed. I was extremely pleased with his customer service. He gets a 10!
I was a bit wary though when he went through the living room carpet with the black light and it showed no signs of organics. I know for a fact that my dog has peed, pooped, and puked on the carpet. Everything smelled and looked great after the service but the next day after it dried I could still smell urine in some areas. So I am not 100% sold on the effectiveness of the treatment.
My carpets look like new again after Zerorez treatments. Rich my technician was very professional, so knowledgeable and showed much caring to my home and carpets. Rich also provided me advice on keeping my carpets cleaned and looking good.
I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends, family and clients.

Your tech kept calling me "sir." I understand that he was trying to be polite, but it came across as insincere.
Also, he did not address the gas card promo with me. How do I get the $25 gas card.

Natural soapless way of cleaning makes our carpet feel cleaner than ever!
The service was quick the tech was expert in his explanations. And the carpet looked better than expected.

90%, or more, of the time the technicians are very involved in helping to make the cleaning of the carpet the very best possible. But, I never know if one or two technicians are coming, and I work very hard to move as much as I can before they arrive (sometimes while they are here at my home). If there were consistently 2 technicians I could depend on the help needed to move the furniture out of the way. Two carpet cleanings ago the technician was able to spend more time at my home because of how his day was scheduled- he even helped move ALL of my furniture back in the rooms with plastic pages under each and every furniture leg. This last cleaning I am still experiencing a problem with pet urine smell. My aging dog had relieved himself a couple of times in my bedroom, which is what necessitated that I clean the carpets in this area. I will call the company tomorrow and see if there is any way to possibly reschedule another appointment to see if it is even possible to remove the smell.
I recommend Zerorez to many of my friends, family, and customers. I am a contract designer and love to have companies that I feel this comfortable giving a recommendation for!
I really have no complaints about the company or the people that work for them. Great company that does a great job!
