That the carpet does not stay wet for hours and it does not leave a sour smell. Carpet still feels soft not rough.
We had an excellent experience with Zerorez. Our technician was very informative and knowledgeable. He demonstrated the cleaning technique on our carpets and tile floor. I will definitely be calling again to do our annual cleaning.

I originally scheduled an estimate. My husband was home and just had the guys do the work. He says they were great and polite, so no problem there. However, right after they left, my husband had to go to still tire and buy a stripper product and do it himself. If I had wanted ya to do the work, I wouldn’t have called you folks. He says they never offered an option to strip and seal, so he thought that was standard. We also now have to seAl it ourselves, but have not done yet, because the grout still appears dirty throughout the entire are. We paid 421.00 which I feel is OUTRAGEOUS for this limited space (front entranceway, office and a path to back doir). What is even more OUTRAGEOUS. Is that we now have to do much of the work ourselves. Last, there is a small step that we have a decorative column with some baskets with cork in them. My husband says they did not do that area AT ALL! The area, although undone, looks the exact same as area that was completed. Quite frankly I would have given less stars except they dame out the next day after I called for estimate. May e now I know why. The whole thing is sad. I do greatly appreciate you a
Fantastic customer service starting from setting up appt to the service technician. Arrived exactly on time and my carpets looked amazing afterwards. NO chemical/fake smells afterwards.

The carpet really cleans thoroughly even those ground in dirt area. A pleasant smells left behind, not chemical smelling. The smell lasts for only a short time.
The service is excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Also, they were on time and completed the work within the estimated time. This is the second year that I have had Zerorez clean my carpets and tile, and I am very satisfied.

Service man was very polite and all work was asked to be checked and approved. He even redid areas needing more attention according to my wants. Very pleased with results of the cleaning and no chemical smells.

The small area of our living room unfortunately still had an odor on it. We do have a puppy but there were very few accidents on it. Also there was still areas where it seems still dirty. The rest came out nice, stairs, hallway and other rooms.
