I was told different pricing info before deciding to book and once they came to do the job. The team who came partially (instead of three rooms I got the rug and hallway as I was initially told the rug was a room) honored the price on the phone as their attempt to make it right. I accepted. But now I wish I wouldn’t have because I don’t know that this service solved the issue. (Dog urine smell) . Not sure how you can make it right.... clean a third room as I was told on phone or possibly do something with the rug again.

Your tech (Stephan Fonsica) did an excellent job cleaning our carpeting and was very helpful in discussing our needs, making recommendation, explaining all aspects of the cleaning process, pricing, etc. We would definitely recommend him and your company to others who need carpet cleaning service. This was the third time that we have used your service and have always been completely satisfied.

The dry carpet felt same as when Stanley Steamer cleaned in past, kind of ‘hard.’ Time will tell if it is really ‘ZeroreZ.’
I like the fact that the carpets actually look like they have been cleaned and you do not have to wait very long for them to be completely dry..,,I would highly recommend zerorez to my friends and neighbors!
