Finally I got my carpet clean. Black tar from the blacktop road got tracked on our carpet and Zerorez remove it! The Technition was very helpful and energetic. Thank you!
That's easy. Your employes, namely Chris and Anthony! When they came to our house, it was to clean our Lazy boy couch that we inherited from my mom after she died. This couch is at least 20 years old and even though it's in really good shape, it did have a foul odor that my wife and I weren't able to get out.
I had no idea who to call about getting this couch cleaned so I called the Lazy boy dealer in vegas and they referred us to your company.
When Chris and Anthony arrived, Chris explained the different options that Zerorez offered, each one had a specific purpose for removing stains, odors and trying to restore the couch to like new condition. After discussing these different options with my wife and I, we decided to try everything Zerorez offered to help removed this odor from our couch.
After Chris was able to smell the odor, he even said, I'm not real sure that we'll be able to remove all of the odor but we'll do our best.
Well, let me tell you that they did better than that-they were able to remove all of the odor and now the couch is like new!!
I was really surprised at the results. I was very skeptical about them being able to get that odor out. My wife and I left this couch in our garage for about 6 months trying to air it out. In addition to that, I vacuumed it, sprinkled baking soda on it, let it sit for about a week, vacuumed that off and then applied the baking soda again and after vacuuming that off-the odor was still there but not quite as bad.
I thought Chris was going to pass out when he got a whiff of the odor (lol) but he was very professional about it-and all of us were laughing together. It was a great moment!
But anyway, they went ahead and cleaned our couch and I'm pleased to say they were able to remove the odor completely.
Chris and Anthony were very professional in how they represented Zerorez, they wore what I call booties in our house so that they didn't track any dirt inside-I noticed that right off the bat and was very impressed that they would be so conscientious! They made sure we understood all of our options and the price of each one. And my wife and I decided to take them all because we really wanted to keep and preserve this couch.
Once they started working on our couch, I could already see a difference in how much dirt they were removing-WOW, I had no idea it got that dirty!
When they were finished, they thanked us for using Zerorez, I want to point out that they were friendly, dressed in clean uniforms-not dirty or wrinkled. Were very professional in talking with us, they were polite-a rarity now a days unfortunately and over all very pleasant to do business with. In my opinion, Chris and Anthony represent the best of what Zerorez is all about.
Will I us Zerorez again-absolutely!
Will I tell others about what wonderful service we received-absolutely!

My service guy was Andrew and he was wonderful. My carpet was so soft and nice to walk on after it dried. I had a really dirty area from my front door to my kitchen and I was very happy that it looked so nice when Andrew was finished. He also treated some urine stains from my cats that was news to me. I had no idea they were doing that because I never smelled anything. Good thing to know because now I watch them like a hawk. Little sneaks. I would definitely have Zerorez come back for all future carpet cleaning. I was impressed with the quality of the work and amazed at how clean Andrew got my carpet. Kudos, Andrew. The carpet came out great. The serviceman, Anthony, was knowledgeable and pleasant.
My carpets look very nice. However we had an appointment for 330 when no one had showed by 5 we needed to cancel. The appointment was rescheduled for early on Thursday morning. Unfortunately this basically shut my company down for the day because my assistant was unable to walk on the carpet.
Again you did a great job cleaning. I was just very disappointed in the scheduling.
Victor is a pro. Well trained and helpful.
