Everything was GREAT! The service men where professional, informative, and did a great job on the carpets. The products really work and didn't leave that crunchy feeling you normally get with other cleaning products. I highly recommend Zerorez.
I was very happy and pleased with the work the 2 gentlemen performed they made my pet stained carpet look almost like new again. They did an awesome job, very courteous.

I was not happy with price that I was charged. The ad said that you could get 2 rooms treated and cleaned for $99. They gave me the stairs for 1/2 price, but because they had to do a "deep clean and sanitize" in the pet areas, it ended up costing me $300 plus as opposed to the $99 ad.
Bernard was our carpet cleaner. He arrived promptly at the appointment time. Very courteous and did an excellent job. He was very informative about the processes used. Impressed with the fact that he was able to do everything himself.
Fast and efficient:
The carpet is very clean the men were on time and very courteous I would recommend this service to anyone. I’ve also had the grout in my kitchen floor done and it is sparkling clean
Professional, fast and great service, carpets are very clean. Our technicians Juan and Anthony were very careful and efficient. They also were very knowledgeable about the care of the carpet. Especially the do's and dont's for the future. I am also handicapped and use a motorized scooter in the home, after they pretreated the carpet they had me ride over the carpet to be sure the wheels on my scooter were clean and had no residue on them which would keep the carpets clean once the were done!! Once they left I immediately called to make an appointment 6 months from now which will continue to keep my carpets in really good condition.
On time. Explained the process and ans. all my questions. Did not try to over sell services but explained the additional procedures I might want to consider. Hiighly recommend Zerorez.

The technician were on time and professional. The really worked hard to make my carpet beautiful even though there was a rain storm. The made sure to not have any rain on their equipment. They were very nice too.

The fact that there are no chemicals use!
I have used Zerorez seven times in the past and I paid $97.00 each time. Last week I called to make an appointment and I mentioned that I have always paid $97.00. The appointment was scheduled for this past Monday, July 9, 2018 and a person by the name Leslie arrived. I showed her the areas Zerorez has always cleaned for the price of $97.00. She looked through the areas that I always have cleaned and told me that there are more areas that shouldn't be included for what we always paid. I would of told her to leave immediately but my wife was so upset because we moved all of our furniture out of the way, which is a very difficult task, as my wife and I are 77 years of age. She then recalculated a price of $198.00 so my wife said to go ahead.
My wife and I are so dissapointed, we have referred several of our friends to your company including my daughter in San Diego California. I don't understand why the price increased over $100.00 when the exact same areas were clean and we have our carpets kept up with your company at least once per year. My wife and I are the only people who live in our home so there is very little traffic to make the carpets dirty.
Therefore, I will no longer be using your company.
I just received a flyer in the mail which cleans your entire home for $100.00 with no hidden fees so I will be contacting them.
