ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CARPET, TILE AND FURNITURE CLEANING SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY.
I ordered the$99 three room deal and as the home owner I say what goes on in my house. They upsold my teenage daughter to $217! As the homeowner that called and ordered a specific service I find it very troubling that you have a con-artist doing this to families. You won’t get my business or any of my family or friends to use you either. What a joke

Tech didnt move ANYTHING small coffee/end tables, exercise bike that weighs 5 lbs and has rollers, a recliner that i can move and I have a bad back and he didnt even do the carpet cleaning at the edge of room where butts up to tile at end of couch.... He had no problem telling me how busy & over booked he was! Last time the guy was great, went over a couple bad spots twice, tthis one didnt. Last time guy asked me to check his work, this one didnt.... sorry, had to give you a bad review thos time

Spots in carpet
Work was done in a workmanlike manner. Both employees were pleasant and efficient. It would be better if there could be a more accurate way the estimate you receive from the office matched more closely the estimate given on site. We realize this is difficult, but we were prepared for $300 something and our bill was over $500. We were pleased with the results of the cleaning and especially the complimentary grout cleaning. We will call again when it more grout cleaning is necessary.
I asked when the carpet cleaner could come. The lady on the phone said they could be out after 3PM. About 10 minutes later he called and said he would be there in 25 minutes. I immediately went to the bank and drove to my sisters house and the zerore van was waiting. He told me the price and started to clean the carpet. He did a beautiful job.

This company and everyone I dealt with was such an absolute joy!!! Rob did an amazing job bringing my carpets back to “brand new” life. Not only was he quick and efficient, he is a genuinely nice guy. Very knowledgeable staff. Every single one of them. Not only will I recommend them to anyone and everyone, but they will be the first place I call when my carpets have been demolished by my kids. Thank you!! Thank you!!!
Tell the technicians that when you service a retail store to NOT touch products! It make people feel uncomfortable, like I need to watch you so you don't take anything.
I don’t report bad experiences for compensation. We thought the carpet would be cleaner. I just had a family member get their carpets cleaned by another company for ultimately cheaper and we felt that my family members carpet was much nicer after their cleaning than ours. This company also did 5 rooms for the price that you did 3. I’ll be using my family members referral next time.
