I have my whole house except for kitchen carpeted! Zac and Isaac made my 21 year old cheaper carpet look amazing!! I have used maybe 10 different carpet cleaners over the years, because I am a freak about clean carpets, I will never use anyone but Zerores from now on. My carpet always took 2 whole days to dry and even with the humidity our carpet was only damp in a few small spots, by the time we came home from dinner out!...And one stain which has bothered me for years was almost gone. Thank you channel 8 for introducing me to the only cleaners I will use from now on.Name removed..(don't forget the US gas card!)
The service technicians we've had were all knowledgeable and very friendly. The cleaning was great and the carpets dried very quickly. The sofas looked brand new after cleaning.
My carpeting is very old, and had lots of spotting due to animals, children, and overall wear and tear. William did an amazing job of getting so much eliminated. And the few he could not are soooooooooooooo much lighter. It was more than I could have hoped for. Thanks to your product, and Williams hard work our carpets feel so clean, and look amazing.

My appointment was made and they were there right on time, Carlos the guy doing the cleaning explained every detail and price, he had the job done in 2 hrs., very good job. One thing that I liked about their service is that they did not try to sell me other services, such as deodoriser, carpet guard and etc. I highly recomend them.

Products and service is excellent because I’ve had other rug cleaners here and they can’t seem to get up all the stains like your company gets so I’m really happy about that and since I’ve been with you long time your service person out of all is been good and very courteous

Your process and the akalinated cleaning solution used proved to me and the family just how much dirt and residue remained in our carpeting that had been serviced only two weeks prior by another local carpet cleaning company. The entire house was bone dry in about four hours and following a final combing of the carpet pile, it looked fantastic and felt squeaky clean on my bare feet.

While my floors needed some heavy duty cleaning - the overall work done at my home was good - except for the tile behind the door in the bathroom were not cleaned. I understand that it is a small space - and I understand that usually the area close to wall / cabinets is hard to reach with equipment ... I have used past competitors and they would get in and clean it manually. Also the clean up after the job was not all complete. My wood floors were sticky.
Scheduling is very easy, the technician was excellent and the price is very reasonable. My husband and i have used Zerorez for a number of years and we love the way are carpets look!!

The job was done quickly and with high quality.
The representative was informative and helpful and did a wonderful job of getting all the stains out of the carpet. He offered the protective coat but was not pushy about it, just explained the benefits which sells itself. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.
