First of all I want to apologize for taking so long to respond. Chris. B. was so nice most of the stain came out but there was a lingering small odor I've been spraying it with pet febreze and that seems to help. I've been using zerorez for years even when I had my tri level house and I have always been very happy with and recommend them all the time. thanks again Chris.

We are very happy with the tile. We are not so happy with the grout. At the time I scheduled the appointment I think someone should asked about whether we had color seal on the grout. If someone had brought that up, I would have been told that you do not do color seals. Since no one addressed that, we did not realize color seal was going to be an issue. Next time we have the tile cleaned, we will find a company who does color seals.
Did a great job of cleaning carpets. Charge more than most companies. Promotions help to bring down the cost. But....Zerorez makes it difficult to get special promotions. Whether it is free tile cleaning or free gas card. Today, in an attempt to get the “free” gas card, customer service hung up on me. Guess I have been cheated again. Previously, when my carpet was damaged by Zerorez employee owner set up and cancelled three appointments.

I am truly impressed by the Zerorez product! They removed all the pet stains and smells that were soaked into my carpet and made the carpet look new again! They technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and trustworthily. My only issue was I had to wait a couple hours for them to arrive at my residence when I was told they were already on their way and would be there in 15 minutes. I will be using your services again and recommending to family and friends.

The technician was always on his cell and he missed a some tiles and when I mentioned it he said they would not clean. Yet after he left I sprayed vinegar on them and they came clean.
Zak worked hard on my Air Vents and the Ink came out of my carpet...that's why I always recommend Zerorez to my clients (I am a Realtor) if they have to clean carpets.
I love that it doesn’t have a sticky residue and that my carpet dries quickly because of not being overly saturated.
