They were very professional and courteous. Although my carpet is almost 15 years old, it looked brand new after they were finished. Stains that other companies blamed on the age of the carpet had faded away. I purposely waited to submit my survey, until a couple of weeks had gone by; that's when the stains start to resurface. To my delight the stains are still gone. I am very happy with the service and I will use again.

The service was outstanding. He was on time and completed the job in a timely manner as well. He continue to work with a smile and was always willing to listen and assisted if he could help out by moving some of the furniture's to clean around that area as too.

I feel like my carpets were fairly clean when I hired your company. A couple of spots and some dirty high traffic areas. I was charged an extra $105 for pet stains that I really don’t think were there. Traffic areas don’t seem any cleaner than before. Seems like a waste of $300.

I am very familure with this way this service is supposed to run as I worked with my brother who has owed carpet cleaning business with the same equipment for twenty seven years now and worked closely with his for five of those years.
I was impressed with the ease of making an appointment to the completion of the job. This project included cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting, tile, area rugs and furniture. Michael J. did a fantastic job and kept me informed along the way. He was very patient when the scope of the job kept changing. A very heavy piece of furniture could not be moved to allow him to take the carpet to their shop - even when he called for backup and 2 more men came to help. He was able to do a great job on-site. Michael really knows a lot about tile!
Everything was done timely. Showed up on time and did everything very throughly. Was surprised how clean my tile got. Michael was awesome to work with!
Not a fan of not having upfront, fixed pricing. Feel like pricing is highly subjective and the value did not seem to be there for how quickly the work was done.

The men who performed the service were wonderful and knowledgeable. I was not thrilled with the $436.00 price as I have never paid even half that for this service even when I included the deep cleaning and the stain retardant. Otherwise everything was fine.

Spent a small fortune to have the finish removed from floor now spending a small fortune having the floor redone.
