Your service tech, Louis, was very friendly & professional. He explained the entire process. My tile & grout looks like new! I was hesitant to have it done. A few years ago, I had a competitor come out to clean the tile. The tile looked the same as it did before. A friend told me to try your company & I’m glad I did.
They were very personable and professional. It was a great experience. The tile came out like new!

The service provided was great. When I scheduled my appointment, the customer service representative that I spoke with was very polite. The technician was on time, friendly, and communicated throughout the service effectively. I truly appreciate the level of service provided!

The promised charge for 3 rooms was $98. The tech said that the living room was oversized, so need to charge $25 extra. The whole apartment is 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and the living area. The 2 bedrooms are small, so the whole area would be equal to 3 normal sized rooms in total measurement in regular houses... Plus, the whole place was totally empty with no furniture or anything in the way which made his job a breeze... The previous time I received your service was $98 with no made up additional charges... I liked your service and was happy with it at the time, the reason I called you again... The $25 is not a big deal to me, but the greed and the nickel and diming is sad and disappointing...
Your sales pitch was terrible. The person that showed up constantly pressured me to make a treatment purchase that at first was quoted as twice the original quoted price and then I protested was reduced by more than half. I can recognize I sham sales tactic like this a mile away. I was even told that I would need to waive the warranty for cleaning if I did not purchase. My questions to clarify what this meant were met with an increasing frustrated attitude by Leslie my representative. I don't care that there is an up sell I would just expect more transparency in policy and pricing. I am very disappointed in this "bait and switch" pitch that I heard. I remember the last time I was offered the same treatment and I refused I never felt that my service would be compromised. You have a good quality product but a terrible representatives and that translates to a poor service experience. I have my carpets cleaned twice yearly and if I decide to use Zerorez again I will specifically request not to be serviced by Leslie again. Very disappointed.

When you say you are going to be here during a certain time, You are here at that time. I like it when the driver calls ahead of time. Johnathan did a very good job cleaning the carpets and I would give him a 10+
The carpet is not "sticky" Drys fast and is clean.

No soaps or chemicals. Besides the science works incredibly well!
Carpet and rugs were cleaned well and eco friendly products used is a bonus.
I thought I was going to pay a couple thousand dollars for new carpet in my house until I had Zerorez do a thorough cleaning. How pleasantly surprised I was to see my carpet fresh again - like new. I just saved a lot of money with this company. My carpet is soft, smells fresh, and is now sealed with protectant. Thank you, Zerorez!
The carpets weren't bad when I had the job done, it had just been too long since cleaning so I thought I should. But when Mike got done with the job they looked fresh and new - surprised me as to how good they looked. I helped him move the big furniture so he could get to 100% of the carpet. He willingly and quickly got everything moved and then back in place with protectors under the legs (of chairs, sofas, etc.) He didn't hurry but did the job very thoroughly. He was also pleasant to talk to and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. If I had another job to do I would certainly ask for him.
Your technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable about carpet and personable and did a great, great job. Worked very hard and was fast. My husband was impressed with how clean our carpet is. I think his name was Robert? but he did our home at 12 Pheasant Ridge Circle in Henderson at 3:00 pm Saturday, July 7th. Please tell him thank you and we'd like to use him again next time.

We have used Zerorez for years. Our carpeting is now 18 years old and still looks good. Carpets stay cleaner longer and the technicians are always professional and courteous. Our tile floors look great too.
Called in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon. Technician, Rich M., called before the scheduled time to report 20 minutes out. On arrival, he evaluated the job, gave be a quote and when accepted, went to work. The technician wore covers on his shoes and placed barriers on the wall corners to eliminate potential damage from the hoses. He did the work quickly and efficiently and asked whether I was satisfied with the work before finishing, the point being that he would have corrected anything not to my satisfaction. The technician was friendly and courteous. I am a repeat customer and will use Zerorez again. Great job. Highly recommend.
Your product cleaned my carpet and removed the pet stains and odor. The young men who cleaned my carpet explained everything they needed to do and were polite and efficient.
