Did a great job, but the estamate that I was given on the phone did not include spot staining cleaning, closets, etc. Anything extra you add seems to cost an additional $35 each. By the time we were done there was an additional hundred plus dollars. They should be transparent. With that being said my carpets look great. The tech did a great job.

After they left I noticed areas that still were not clean. I messaged them to come back and all they did was drop off a spray bottle filled with cleaner. But said they weren't going finish their work.
I have my carpets clean two times a year and Zerorez is an excellent company. Plus I had excellent service from Travis! Absolutely would request Travis again! Thank you for an excellent job!
