I was out of town the last 2 weeks, and when I returned, we had 2 stains: one was from the equipment the ZeroRez guy used (as this dirt mark was not there before, maybe from the hose?), and the original stain from a small urine mark. It is so much larger now that it looked like a big dog peed there. I am unsure what happened, but I will have to pay another company to re-clean that area and the new stain. Normally I am very happy with ZeroRez, but bummed this time. The technician was very nice my husband said!
fast and great service
My last cleaning was not the best. I had to request a redo on several areas of the carpet. Which was eventually done, but not without some contention. It was not a great experience.

I've used Zerorez for my home and now my condo and they do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The serviceman was straightforward about what he would be able to get out and any spots he wouldn't be able to.
It's funny how the advertised price is never the final price but I get it's an estimate on what order was taken over the phone.
I've used Zerorez twice in las Vegas and was impressed mostly by the people who come into my home. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, will always use. Thank you.

The technician came earlier than my time lot as he finished a job close to me earlier than expected. I was elated as I wanted to get it done and he finished quickly and early and the rugs look great.
