Agent was quick
Service was very fast. Carpet looked great, however one room had a couple of blood spots from my granddaughter's cut foot and one of the stains did not come out. Otherwise, carpet looks good.
Zach provided excellent service in every way from the moment he arrived. My cleaned carpets smell fresh, but not overwhelming. Every room looks great! I submitted a 5 star review to BBB.

the technician was good, worked hard and our carpet looked good, he was very nice and polite to boot.... but when I called for this appointment and the receptionist said for me to vacuum the carpet prior to the appointment it was a big turn off... I have had carpet cleaned in several different homes over the years and NEVER before has anyone asked me to Vacuum prior to appointment, the carpet cleaning company has ALWAYS provided that service as part of their cleaning process......

I understand not moving anything with electronics. However, the couch and chairs should have been moved forward to clean underneath them and pushed back with a spacer placed under their legs, so that wood or metal doesn't bleed into the carpet. Only 80% of the carpet in my living room was cleaned. But the guy who was here was very friendly and respectful.

I think they did a nice job however they had to come back to treat an area that was not done. Also there is a spot that they were supposed to get out a slight stain and they forgot to try.

Fast, efficient, friendly technicians, and great looking carpet and upholstery
I scheduled carpet cleaning for our office and most rooms look good but the main room that had a lot of stains looks worse than before. Our manager is very unhappy with how this room looks. I was told the cleaning would probably take about 2 hours, and they were done in 1 hour. I feel they should have spot treated the problem room first, so it had time to sink in and loosen the problem spots. It was a Friday afternoon, I feel like everyone was in a hurry to get done and be out. The guys were very nice and polite, just feel like more attention should have been given to the problem room.
