Your tech, Kanoa, was awesome, Professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and if additional cleaning would be needed.
Needless to say, my carpets are a miracle in cleanliness and are so soft. For not being cleaned professionally in over 15 years.........what more can I say........but........I am so happy I choose Zerorez.

Excellent results on tile cleaning
Well I would have appreciated assistance in moving some things. The tech never asked whether I wanted certain things moved and just cleaned around them. Kind of disappointed for the $285

I love how there is no residue from the cleaning and my carpets have always looked great after the cleaning.
Everything from booking the appointment online to the actual service was very easy. The service rep was on time and explained everything that would happen. The service was very quick and the areas cleaned were dry within 4 hours. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely be using Zerorez again.

They did a good job but I was thinking it was going to be a deep clean rather than surface cleaning. The owner (I think the owner) came out last year and told me if I spent more he would do a deeper clean. That’s what I was hoping for.
I hope I can eventually get what I want. Maybe try someone else? Idk.
