My carpet was partially cleaned I was not happy at all

I was upsold on the level 1 bio cleaner after telling the guy multiple times I wanted to pass I finally caved in and the carpet looked worse in the spots that he said would come off after it dried! I was able to get more out with my own carpet cleaner than he did.

The technician was amazing, very friendly and great to work with. I had my carpets cleaned to get rid of the smell that came from an accident on the carpet in a large closet. The room still has the same strong odor, it was masked by the cleaner smell for the first 24 hours but is back. The carpet is only a year old so the smell is only for this one incident. The carpet also feels like there is a film on it in the spot of the accident. For just normal dirt and wear I would have them come back to clean but I was expecting a significant improvement in this area and it did not see any.
