Service is prompt, people fast and courteous. Didn't like the 11 dollar service charge in addition to the advertised price of 99 dollars which is a service.

Michael J was prompt and explained the cleaning procedure. He was pleasant, professional
and worked to clean our carpets. Some carpet needed more attention than others, and he used extra effort on those areas. He was thorough and swift.
He asked if we wanted to have protectant sprayed on any of the carpet, and we chose to have the master bedroom and the stairs sprayed.
Overall, we are pleased with his demeanor, his work ethic and his desire to ensure that the carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction.
