Love the young man Who service me Will did an excellent job the carpet hadn't been done in probably a good year 1/2 and he took the time to clean it and it looked almost brand new I'm really happy with the product and the service Will recommend it to my friends and family I will get service again in 6 months.
My carpets were extremely wet, I don't remember them being so wet. The pile does not look as good as the last time you did it. I don't know what to tell you, not as happy as I would like to be with them.
Zerorez always does a great job cleaning our carpet. I feel like we have brand new carpet again that's how clean the carpet is.

Efficient and friendly. No soapy smell, stickiness, or crispy feeling carpet. I have 90oz carpet, so its very, very thick. Zerorez gets it clean all the way through.
the area rug was cleaned for the 1st time it is eleven years old, 100% wool, and I was amazed, it looks brand new. like the day we got it.... the other areas turned out ok. It's what's expected the carpet was rather inexpensive......
