Well I think overall that my carpets were cleaned, they really werent very dirty, however when a company gives you a window of 1-4pm and the shows up at 355 with no call first I am not sure I am that happy about that. Secondly when your technician spends a total of 25 minutes on the property including setup time and walk thru I think that is not sufficient for the kind of money you are charging. Secondly requiring me to do all the vacuuming and prep work seems totally irresponsible on your part, as far as I am concerned you are making me do your job so you Tech can get here, walk the property clean the carpets and leave in 20 minutes. Although I like the idea and the process I am not sure I would call you again or recommend you.
There is no need for you to do anything for me
Zero Rez is the only carpet and tile cleaning service I use and would ever recommend. Their staff are always courteous and professional and give the best service. I rate them a 10 every time .

The last two times I’ve had my carpet cleaned (total of five times in four years) the quality of the cleaning has been less than thorough and the drying times have been extraordinary.
During the October cleaning, it may have been bc the main technician brought along a trainee. They left behind stains and spots I’d pointed out. I didn’t notice until well after the carpets dried and didn’t want to call them back again during the height of COVID. This last time, the carpets are cleaned MUCH better but they took a very long time to dry; the stairs were still wet (not damp) the next day.
I always pay for the pet stain removal and protection because it’s supposed to make pet accidents easier to clean up. It doesn’t. I’ve followed the technicians’ instructions to use vinegar and water but the messes still stain. For the price, that’s pretty disappointing.
Diagnosing urine stains and smells
It was a rush job and the carpets do not look clean. I previously cleaned my carpet myself with my carpet shampooer and the carpets was much cleaner. I went with Zerorez because it was time consuming doing it myself. I paid 200.00 for 6 rooms. I am a dissatisfied of the outcome of the carpet. You can make it right by having the workers take there time and maybe go over the carpet. He completed 6 rooms in less than an hour. I would like to have my carpet re cleaned. I know the carpet will be wet be they should try to get up most of the water. You can make it right you can have my carpets redone
