We have allergies in our household...so the empowered water they use with citrus products do not adversely affect us...no harsh chemicals.
My Technician...Julian...very professional and courteous...works with his customers to do everything to give them more than satisfactory service. 3 rooms of carpeting plus a hallway turned out very clean and very well.

I think that if you get written permission from the home owner you should move small furniture. I am 84 years old and obviously I cannot do that. Also why should I have to vacuum before you come? That should be part of your cleaning job.

The guys that came to do our carpets was great. Very friendly, did an excellent job in the bedrooms. The stairs were still wet this morning and the more they dried, the more visible the dirt spots at the front edges were. They were not like that before. It’s like all the dirt got rinsed to the edge and left there. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. Our house is on the market right now. That was the whole reason for having our carpets cleaned.

the guys always arrive in the time slot they said they would. My carpets always look great after they get done' they practically look new again. The guys who clean the carpets are nice and professional. Carpets dry quickly.
The service provided was exemplary! He did not rush and explained everything. He made sure that the carpets and all of the pet stains were well addressed and taken care of. He did not rush and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with the carpet shampooing. He was very professional and personable. I could not be happier with the service that was provided and feel so much better having clean and sanitized carpets!

I was contacted by tech the day of appointment with an approximate time of arrival. After seeing the area rug, he told me the options which made it easier to make the right decision. He took the rug the same day. He was professional, punctual and knowledge.
