I’m not sure. I had 2 additional treatments that were pricy! Told me one was an add on that he was not charging me for. To have my master done it was $246 and quote on phone was $111. My room was treated for pet urine and omg my room smells so terrible! I have used zero Rez before but was shocked at the sticker price and smell

Get my rugs done at least every year every other year have used zerorez for the past 6 years and I just got my carpets done and the price tripled. Got all my carpets done for 371 I last year same carpets this year 626. Guy who came out was very nice worked very hard but I think seeing as I am such a loyal customer you could have given me a little discount

I was charged $350 to clean my couch. That’s an outrageous amount! I was also charged for added services to clean my carpets but wasn’t given the details of those charges before they started. I called to schedule service because you had an offer of $34 per room. I had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned. I added the couch but wasn’t given a separate quote for that service. I was told the couch was more than half the cost. I agreed to the cost because my back was against the wall to have the cleaning done but your company acts unethically when providing a quote prior to service. I will never use your company again and I will never refer your service to anyone!
