Service and quality
Technician was professional and did a good job. I was especially pleased with the tile cleaning. Like all carpet cleaners there's a lot of extras that you need to buy, like special cleaners for matted carpet and Scotch guarding.
You made the tile floors in our new house look like new!!! They are so shiny!!!

We've had Zerorez clean our carpets for several years now & have generally been very pleased. I've only had one technician do our carpets where I was disappointed with the service. This time though we had Derek F. & he did the best job I have seen - absolutely fabulous! And such a nice person. He was professional, came in & got to work & got it done. The carpets are the cleanest I've seen anyone get them. I will always request Derek in the future!

Alex was wonderful. He worked hard and made the carpet clearer then ever. Everyone was amazed how the carpet looked brand new. Needless to say Zerorez is the way to go.

There are still stains in the carpet from every day ware that green carpet cleaners got out. Tgey also got the previous residents dogs pea stains and smells out. The teck was very nice and did as good a job as he could but now our rooms smell worse.

The man was very nice and respectful, he did a good job except in one area where my cat threw up. I may have you come repeat this area again. Otherwise, a very good job!
Alex called 25 minutes ahead of the earliest time of our appointed time window and arrived about 5 minutes ahead of time.
He was courteous and professional. He explained the process and options for our cleaning needs and budget. Then he was exceptional in execution of the process and very thorough.
