Once cleaner was there he raised price to $350 when quoted $136. Cleaner did a good job and was nice though. Also didn’t receive 2 Cowabonga tickets as advertised. Ended up paying $212. Not happy.

The old bait and switch tactic. Your 3 rooms free hallway $99 ads not real. First I was told (phone) it was expired then it kept popping up online (online chat) so I was given an adjustment. Then the day of service for the 1st time living here for 27 years (989 sq ft condo) and using other services I am told that my open area dining room/living room is actually 2 rooms! So, I didn't qualify for the promo! Ok I am an old lady spent time and effort to move out some stuff to small patio what am I to do but accept the terms!???!? Just nuts and unreasonable. So, off to a bad start with you, Zerorez. I just don't like deception tactics and taking advantage of seniors. So I am sharing my story with my neighbors so they will BEWARE the offer. If it sounds to good to be true it most likely isn't.

You do a very god job. I've used Zerorez several times. There was a problem this time. Your van left a large pool of oil on my street. I'm not happy. I live in an HOA so I'm responsible for the clean up. Please fix you Van.

We have been greatly impressed with the entire staff and service at Zerorez from the first time we had our carpets cleaned many, many years ago. Have used their vent/duct cleaning and small/large area rug cleaning service as well. Excellent results every time.
