I have used Zerorez for a number of years and always am happy with the results and the friendly service I receive.
Product is good and technician was good. Have used u before
The carpets turn out really clean, but take a long time to dry. We like the fact that you spray first then extract. It gets rid of the chemical smell that is in the cleaning product. Your young man Alex was very kind and willing to do what needed to be done and took care not to damage furniture that couldn't be moved.

My wife was quoted a price of $120.00 for 3 rooms and 1 hallway. We were charged $140.00. Your carpet tech. was not very friendly. I was going to say something and he rudely cut me off. Also he did not clean up after himself. Water spills on our laminate floor were not cleaned up. Just left puddles on the floor. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from the first time you cleaned our carpets. I think I will try someone else next time. Too many competitors out there. I know your cleaning system does a great job but so do others. Thank you. Name removed.
Your Team was prompt and called 15 minutes out. They arrived on time and took care of business. Steve and Kameron where great!! They did a great job on my rugs and my tile grout looks amazing. They worked hard and efficiently. Definitely recommend zerorez.

Again, great product & service! Our carpet is again clean and Julian provided us with excellent customer service and he was able to remove 2 ugly stains I had been trying to remove with cleaning products. Your product cleans well and I don't have to worry about it harming my pets. I also like the fact that it doesn't saturate my carpet and dries in 4-6 hours. I will continue to recommend Zerorez to my family & friends. Very pleased !

Sales person was good at explaining what the cleaning process was and options. We discussed moving a few pieces of furniture in our hallway. He helped me move one item, but did not move or address the small sofa that I had also asked to have moved and cleaned under.
Overall he did a good job in all other areas.

I read the reviews, and had used Zerorez on a neighbors home before. Same experience both times, rep wants to upsell services before starting, like every company. This time when I choose not to deep scrub carpets, the service level seemed to go down. Rep told me I'm just going to do this quick, in and out. May carpets had been cleaned six months earlier, so I wasn't concerned with deep scrubbing. My white carpets are 29 years old (a rental) so just just get dirty fast anyway, and I track in dirt from the garage. I had moved almost every piece of furniture that's was in the way in advance (always do). I had moved the couches from their original place, so don't think rep moved them to prespray area under the couches usually in front of couch. While the rep was cleaning, I asked are you going to clean under the couches? He replied did you vacuum under the couch? I was expecting a YES. That's why I say the service level goes down. My carpets are clean, I'm happy. But not sure the service was any better than vendor I used previously from Craigslist. First name removed
