Isaiah was very nice and professional. He gave me a whole list of treatments that he was going to do. I don't know if they were necessary or not.
The technician was extremely friendly and nice and very cordial. But extremely disappointed that after it dried, when I walked on the carpet it laid back down and instantly showed the carpet dirt trail. I was hoping it was going to be better than Stanley Steamer. But results were exactly the same. Just very disappointed for 200.00

I think its mainly as a single female i was willing with a little help to move the couches and mirrors to get the entire area - reveived no ok so my hoyse is clean straight thru walkways! I wasnt talkin removin all the furniture just a little assist on some; otherwise service was great! I will b callin again!

I loved the carpet cleaning and the tile cleaning. They have restored my faith in floor tiles being able to be cleaned. The grout lines are much cleaner, lighter, and looks less yucky now. I will be using them again.

Steve was our service rep, and he did an excellent job.
You bid a price of 214.00 for six rooms and 3 through rugs. When the technician arrived he wanted to charge me double the price. He could not start the job until I spoke with the office.
I asked several of the phone employees and the technician that came to the house if the Bio treatment killed mold. They all claimed yes until the finial woman that rebid the cost of the estimate upon arrival of the technician. She stated the price would be for 388.88 without the bio treatment and 3 area rugs. She added hallways, and closets as a separate prices which were not on the original estimate.
By the time the technician started the job he seemed irritated and in a hurry. I asked if he could do the elevator carpet which is a 3by3ft space in the hall. He said no it was not part of the hall carpet and stated he would have to charge 20 more dollars.
It was just upsetting that it was not included in the small hall way. Cleaning the entire space took the technician under an hour to complete the job. Granted there was a 40minute delay with getting the revised estimate.
Honestly your technician blew a nice tip because he did not just do the 3by 3 ft elevator space.
For 388 dollars you would expect a deep clean not a surface quick clean! Also there was existing black hair in the equipment head that he used to clean my carpets. Seeing that really grossed me out!
The service, attitude and the estimate process was substandard, and uncomfortable. I would not ever use Zerorez again or recommend them. I prefer to give my money for service to pleasant, nice, and easy to work with companies/owners. I also hope this negative review does not cause any vendetta.
