The tech, Dontay, [sp] was punctual and pleasant to interact with. He really did a fine job on the 4 rooms to be cleaned. Will give him high marks when he completed the job. An asset to the company.
Zac was professional and attention to detail
The tech, Carlos A, suggested that we have the Bio treatment for our rugs and area rug to clean and rid them of biological issues and odors. He explained how it works. He is very knowledgeable of how to clean our rugs very well. We we were not only pleased with his knowledge, but with the the excellent job his did.

When we called for a quote the prices listed were different than the price we paid. Also, there were no discounts available, especially one for seniors. The technician that came out, Carlos, did a very good job and we would definitely request him next time. Everything looks clean and the furniture smells better. We would use your service again.
The first time we used your company it was great… the person was thorough. The second time was highly disappointing. There were crayola marker stains left that I got off with spray and wash after the person left. My nanny was here so I wasn’t here to inspect but I will not use your company again. There was crusted Mac and cheese off the top of the chair that wasn’t even touched by the cleaner. I was able to get it off with my fingernail, it hadn’t even been touched. It was just very disappointing.
