The worker who cleaned our carpet said that it would be dry in about 3 hours but it took more than that...even though we opened windows, back doors and left the house fan running. It was dry by 8 this morning...over 17 hours. Also the guy did a good job cleaning but may have explained what caused our master bedroom and adjoining bathroom for us to be charged for having three rooms...when most of the carpet in the bedroom was covered by a king size bed and an electronic massage table as well as an amoire dresser...all of which did not need the carpet under them to be touched/cleaned. This is the second time we've used your company and responded to the sale that was given, but it's like an upcharge from the $29 per room ad. Perhaps the cost of the stairs and landing could have been better quoted ahead of time.

The person who came out to clean our carpets didn’t actually clean our carpets he just sprayed the carpet with some kind of spray and then took off. The carpets weren’t any cleaner than when he came and you couldn’t even see any lines in the carpet worry attempt the vacuum or comb it or do anything to make it look like someone was there. I would never recommend anyone to this company
On time service, a little early which was OK. Very pleased with the young man who did the work. Happy to recommend to friends.

The technician was punctual, courteous and efficient. The cleaning process removed asphalt stains from carpet. No harsh chemical odors. Prices for additional services were reasonable. I will use the Zerorez again.
They arrived early, gave me a call 10 minutes out , the guy I believe his name was Marcus was super professional and friendly. They were in and out in 30 minutes and my carpet look great afterwards.

This info pertains to my last tech only. Arrived on time. My carpets dried quickly..which leads me to believe the correct amount of water was used. TJ cleaned up after himself ex. excess water on floors.

I moved away from Las Vegas the day after you cleaned my carpet and tile. I was so disappointed I would have called you back if I were staying in the area to have you redo it. This is the second time I used your service and second time I was less than happy. The carpet looked much better but was crunchy the next day. The big disappointment was the tile. As it dried it showed some grout was clean and some wasn’t. I actually have cleaned it better myself. I was there alone and only went upstairs one time after it was cleaned. As for the tile/grout at the front door I put a rug on it to keep it clean as I went in and out a few times but I actually sent photos to my friend who recommended you this time. Sorely disappointed. Not to mention that the price ended up being about 3 times the quote.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and it's much cleaner than than what I've experienced from your so-called competitors. The technician didn't try to shake me down for more money or unwanted services, again, unlike some of your so-called competitors.
I've had Zerorez clean my carpet twice in the last two years, and I will again call them when needed. I highly recommend them.
