I was referred by a co worker and I absolutely loved the service. My carpet was pretty bad and it looks amazing right now. Thank you guys you did great. 100% recommend
blue grey smugishs were left on parts of the carpet that were never there before. They appeared after it dried overnight. They came back a week later and redid the areas and again they went away , only to return the following morning. I called to report it and the rep told me she would have a manager, corporate person call me. That never happened. Since I was having friends staying that weekend , I decided to see if I could get the stains out and sure enough , I as successful. Not sure what chemicals you use, but obviously they reacted

It would be nice to get a quote for carpet cleaning that doesn't have extra charges for upsell items that should be in the process of cleaning the carpet the correct way.Its Deceiving that the Price is $119.00 for 3 Rooms with the 4th Room 4 free, but you have to pay extra to have a Roller Brush that does the part of cleaning that should be included in the process of cleaning the carpets the proper way,I understand extra charges for Stairs and hallway, that's fine.But not for equipment to do the job Right.
Its clean. There is no chemical smell.
Our carpet is fairly old and worn. Plus it has lots of pet stained areas. Zerorez did an amazing job of cleaning the carpet and bringing it back to life. Almost all of the stains are gone! Great job!

When I called they quote for 2 rooms and $116.
My bill end up being $146 because I wanted the closet of the bedroom cleaned.
That was an extra $30
Of course I wanted the closet clean.

I was amazed at how fast and effective the procedure was. A 15+ year carpet shouldn't look this good lol. The team was on time, friendly, very helpful, and informative. I put off this cleaning for months - okay, two years - because I didn't want the bother. Well, no bother anymore.

The technician chipped my brand new baseboard and marked up newly painted wall. Even after I repeatedly told him i just had this all done. To fix it is costing me more than the carpet cleaning. He was also on his phone on a personal call the whole time so loud talking over the vacuum. Very unprofessional. I have used Zerorez many times but very disappointed this time

The fact that you do not use soap

We’re disappointed with the results. We were in the process of putting the house on the market and needed to clean two rooms and a closet. The carpet was in good condition, and no one had ever walked on it with shoes. However, during the move, the movers didn’t wear booties, so the carpet became dirty from that.
Although the carpet was deep cleaned, it still looks the same and feels stiff. The secondary bedroom turned out okay, but the primary bedroom wasn’t satisfactory. We asked for a partial refund and were even open to receiving a credit for future cleanings at another house, since we don’t have time to wait for a re-clean—our goal is to get the house on the market as soon as possible. Unfortunately, their policy doesn’t allow it and they only offered to redo the cleaning. At this point, we’ve decided it’s better to replace the carpet rather than keep trying to clean it.
