I understand not moving anything with electronics. However, the couch and chairs should have been moved forward to clean underneath them and pushed back with a spacer placed under their legs, so that wood or metal doesn't bleed into the carpet. Only 80% of the carpet in my living room was cleaned. But the guy who was here was very friendly and respectful.

I think they did a nice job however they had to come back to treat an area that was not done. Also there is a spot that they were supposed to get out a slight stain and they forgot to try.

Fast, efficient, friendly technicians, and great looking carpet and upholstery

I scheduled carpet cleaning for our office and most rooms look good but the main room that had a lot of stains looks worse than before. Our manager is very unhappy with how this room looks. I was told the cleaning would probably take about 2 hours, and they were done in 1 hour. I feel they should have spot treated the problem room first, so it had time to sink in and loosen the problem spots. It was a Friday afternoon, I feel like everyone was in a hurry to get done and be out. The guys were very nice and polite, just feel like more attention should have been given to the problem room.

Zerorez is dependable and provides a great cleaning. We had a bedroom carpet floor, an area rug, and a sectional sofa cleaned. The technician showed up on time and was able to remove two stubborn pet stains from the carpeted area.

Technician (Angel) was amazing. Explained the different services/pricing without it feeling like he was trying to "up-sell" us. Super friendly, thorough and done in a reasonable time, considering how much he had to do!

Your man left a lot of water on carpet. Especially in the upstairs bathroom. We had to mop up water around the toilet. The rest of the house is taking a long time to dry. Nice man, but didn’t suck up the water as much as we thought.
